Where Vintage Charm Meets Design Discipline

Inside the V10 Apartment by STUDIO18MILANO

Elegant living room with teal tufted sofas, gold accents, and open shelving.

Once upon a time (a.k.a. 1930), this Milanese apartment was born with good bones and a flair for drama. Fast forward to 2024, and those bones have been lovingly reimagined by STUDIO18MILANO into something that feels part Art Deco daydream, part contemporary glow-up — and somehow, entirely new.

Narrow hallway with cube-patterned flooring and a golden abstract artwork.

This is V10, a 300-square-meter apartment. It’s a masterclass in mixing eras without causing a design identity crisis.
Think: layered materials, architectural discipline, and just enough brass to whisper “I summer in Milan.”

Mouldings, But Make Them Minimal
To start, the studio stripped things back — then dialled it way up.

Cozy fireplace nook with twin rattan armchairs and green marble surround.
Floor-to-ceiling sheer curtains lining a curved window wall in a sunlit lounge.

Clean-lined plaster mouldings kiss the ceilings, while marble-framed doorways and a high baseboard (yes, baseboard — who knew it could be this chic?) run uninterrupted through the apartment like an inside joke only true design lovers will get.
Brass inlays on the walls?
Subtle flex.
A bold marble floor in the entry?
Dramatic, yes — but never shouty.
It’s luxury with a lowercase “l” — and I’m here for it.

Divide & Conquer

Massive, custom sliding doors in warm wood redefine the apartment’s flow, turning open-plan into optional.

The color palette?
All warm whites, toasted caramels, and a surprising pop of green — soft, sophisticated, and just enough to make your neutral-loving heart flutter.

And the furniture?
A clever mashup of vintage Italian icons and custom pieces so seamlessly integrated, you might miss the fact that yes, that bookshelf is bespoke.

Dining room with bold cobalt blue table, peacock-print chairs, and a statement chandelier.

Same goes for the brass lighting and those floating entrance cabinets that seem to defy physics (and common storage design).

Eclectic, But With Restraint:
This isn’t one of those more-is-more spaces. It’s more like… just enough. The kind of apartment where eras politely coexist, materials flirt without clashing, and every object has a purpose — or at least a story.

Neo Deco in Milano

There’s a real sense of polish here, but it never feels precious.
That’s the STUDIO18MILANO signature: discipline in the details, but never at the expense of soul.

Bathroom with floating vanity, tall mirrors, and glass shelving.

So, yes…

The V10 apartment is beautiful.
But it’s also smart.
And bold.
And warm.
And quietly unforgettable.

Exactly the kind of place you’d expect to find in Milan.
And exactly the kind you wish you could bring home.

Luxe bedroom with velvet bed, deep green walls, and gold alcove.
