Who is behind
Mia & Olé?
Hi, I'm Anita.
UK-born and hopelessly addicted to real estate.
I've been buying, selling, and swooning over properties for years.
I even help my neighbours with planning permission concerns here in the UK.
I’ve negotiated deals on my own properties, and have played house-hunter-in-chief for friends across Europe.
Whether they’re nesting for good, property investing or hunting down that dreamy bolthole escape, I’m there to help, armed with a measuring tape and an opinion or ten.
But here's the thing, every property viewed has told a story:
A quirky layout here,
A view that stopped you mid-sentence there,
An “Oh-My-Days” reno-ruin, or
Even architectural details that lived rent-free in my head long after the viewing.
I just couldn't help myself, I started collecting it all.
That's Mia & Olé.
Part inspiration board, part love letter to the exteriors and interiors that made me go “mmmmm”.
Mediterranean warmth, Japandi calm, barndominium beams, boho vibes, Scandinavian simplicity, modern lines, coastal ease, cottage snugs, stone made homes, if a property has got heart and soul, I'm into it.
I share the looks I can't stop thinking about on Mia & Olé.
The ones I recreate, the decor moments worth nicking.
Paint colours that actually work.
Tiling that doesn't bore you to tears or make you want to look away.
Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, the whole entire, beautiful mix-up, mix-up.
And now?
I'm adding something totally new.
Something that I’ve been working on for months!
A curated property section covering Italy, Spain, Portugal and France.
Beautiful, handpicked listings under €650,000 euros.
Because buyers also expect property guidance, not just pretty properties.
The same eagle eyed savviness I used to help loads of people find their perfect places will soon be available to you.
From estimated renovation and purchase costs, property taxes, negotiation tips, property market analysis and more.
So if any of this sounds like your kind of thing, pull up a chair.
Stick around.
Have a little nosey.
Anita xo
