3. Membership and Subscription Terms

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account and purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the renewal fee.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIA & OLÉ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
