Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Enter Your Property's Details: Insert your Property Purchase Price, its Total Interior Floor Area, and select the Country where your renovation will take place.
  2. Describe Its Condition: Select the Property Age and Condition to reflect how much work it needs, from a newer home to a historic building.
  3. Select Your Vision: Pick your desired Renovation Level, from a simple refresh to a full gut. Choose your preferred Finish Quality (Budget-Friendly, Mid-Range, or High-End).
  4. Toggle Renovation Scope: Use the toggles to activate specific areas you want to renovate such as kitchen, bathrooms, roof, windows, plumbing, etc. For each activated area, select your quality level (Basic, Standard, or Premium) or enter a custom budget.
  5. Plan Your Project: Indicate who will Project Manage the renovation (yourself, a professional, or an architect) then set a Contingency Budget for unexpected costs, such as permits, building codes, or unforeseen structural issues. The minimum is at least 15% but this is dependent upon the property.
