  • May 2026 Platform launch. All nine buyer tools live. Buyer Playbooks active for France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Vetting the Professionals guides published for all four countries.
  • Jan 2026 Energy Risk Assessor updated: French DPE electricity conversion coefficient corrected to reflect the January 2026 regulatory change (coefficient reduced from 2.3 to 1.9 for electrically heated properties).
  • Jan 2026 Portugal IMT Jovem logic updated in the Total Property Cost Calculator and Estimated Closing Costs calculator to reflect the 2026 threshold values.
